• Independent Expert Advice was sought by the National Office on NECS risk, regulation and ongoing governance arrangements.
• An independent ECV Alignment Review was conducted to assess whether the Victorian electronic conveyancing (ECV) pilot could be adapted for NECS and assist in the development of its ongoing governance arrangements.
• The National Governance Arrangements for the development of NECS were set up.
