About NECS

Government and industry have joined forces to cooperatively develop a National Electronic Conveyancing System (NECS) for Australia.

The NECS initiative builds upon the individual efforts of Australian States and Territories, who have been working towards an electronic conveyancing environment for some time.

NECS will deliver a single national online facility that services the major conveyancing needs of government and industry across all State and Territory jurisdictions.
