How the Panels work

The panels consist of contractors available on an ‘as required’ basis to support the development and implementation of NECS by the National Office and the jurisdictions’ NECS Readiness programs.

To make use of these contractors, it is necessary to:

• prepare a Statement of Work for the work required
• obtain one or more quotations for the work from members of the appropriate panel
• issue the selected contractor with a purchase order for the work required
• supervise the work in accordance with the standard terms and conditions.

The National Office can provide contact details for each of the panel members, together with copies of the standard terms of conditions applying. It can also verify that fee rates offered in particular circumstances are consistent with the panel arrangements.
