Issues Register
The National Office publishes a NECS Issues Register to publicly document significant issues raised by government and industry stakeholders and explain how these issues are being addressed.
Significant issues submitted to the Issues Register are referred to the National Project Team, the State Project Teams or the National Electronic Conveyancing Data Standards (NECDS) Working Group for resolution. An issue is considered resolved when the stakeholder that raised the issue is satisfied with its outcome or the National Steering Committee makes a determination on the issue.
