Overview

The NECS Roadmap is made up of:

• National Business Model: the foundation document for the initiative, which describes how NECS will work.

• National Governance Arrangements: which describes the governance framework that will guide the development of NECS.

• National Implementation Strategy: which describes how NECS will be implemented from set-up and consultation to building and rolling out the new system.

• NECS Operations Description: which describes how NECS will work for practitioners and government.

• NECS Requirement Definition: which defines the business requirements of NECS. (NB: This document is not a systems specification for the NECS).

The National Office welcomes comments from industry and government stakeholders on any aspect of the NECS Roadmap. Please read the documents above and provide your feedback to:  info@necs.gov.au
